If you are a rail with a flag and a teamate with light armor is blocking you you can shoot their turret and turn them. I've done thatt many times and I also helped teammates with the enemy flag by flipping those annoying noobs (they are low rank and can't do anything usefull) trying to block a flag capture. If the low ranked players are having trouble getting XP, there are servers that allow them that by playing with players of the same or lower rank .
