I press 'c' 'x' 'z' to turn the turret while i am moving and shooting, but nothing happens

guys i have an issue and please help me. when i play, i cant do some basic things with my computer. As you can see on the video, i can do only 2 'things'. For example i can move forward and turn the turret, or move forward and shoot. The problem is that i cant move, shoot, and turn the turret at the same time, that's why i cant use freeze (fire,rico,twins, etc) because if i try to dodge the opponent's shots, i have to stop moving, turn the turret and then continue dodge his shots...I don't know if you understand...please help me.
