i think they should let us have out of or rank stuff but not quit like m2 hull kit more like the kits know but not have to be in the rank to get it like you can be one to two ranks lower

hey i am very good in twins and rail shaft but i am at a rank where it is hard to get upgrades like i just got m2 rail but i want to get wasp m2 shaft m2 my wasp is m1 i use all the time same in my vikeing m2 but it seem that i well have to wait 4 to 2 ranks and i got the cry i just need rank???
