Hunter M3 & Smoky M3 and Dictator M3 & Railgun M3 were both strong rivals for decades and for years , Now that you putting the two rivals in a real 130 minutes fight Deathmatch one on one this could lead each and every player to tell a different type of a choice . Of course that in this battle there is no multiple choice for choosing only one of them is going to win and the other one is going to be defeated . Just imagine a huge third modification Dictator with a third modification Railgun fighting a medium-weight Hunter M3 with a Smoky M3 ... Even if it looks like a draw from somebody's other perspective I do think that the Dictator M3 and Railgun M3 will win even if the Smoky M3 will dodge the attacks by moving the Dictator to the sides by each shot . The Dictator M3-Railgun M3 has more health amount than the Hunter M3-Smoky M3 but at some point the Hunter M3-Smoky M3 is quicker than his arch-nemesis . Even if the Hunter M3 will be quick enough the Railgun M3 will get stabilized at some point and will defeat the Hunter M3 slowly by hitting him each time from a long distances while escaping from him so definitely yes the Dictator M3-Railgun M3 is the winner of the battle ...
