Thunders damage will be increased. right now it makes no sense that even a fully micro-upgraded thunder m3 cant kill non-upgraded m3 hornet in 2 shots. i mean, that's why micro upgrades are there right? Also, about thunder. Its impact force should be much higher than smoky's. I mean, you see a way bigger *BOOM* when you hit an enemy with a thunder, than with a smoky, while smoky still knocks off your aim stronger than thunder.
Next, the self-destruct points is an awful idea. What if the enemy tank gets too close to you while you're using a thunder? If you kill him, you'll still get no points since you will have to self-destruct. You didn't think about thunder users while planning this... Of course, as always - kits always involve paints with solid protection against thunder (and rail), thunder gets weaker and weaker after every update (you told us you'll make thunder stronger after this update, but still the same amount of shots)
Moving on. You're giving isida advantage against freeze again huh? how can freeze win if it has to stay so close to kill them? There's the "freeze and run" tactics, but that will not work all the time.
Isida is getting more and more overpowered. it just has too many unique abilities. self-healing, teammate healing, decreasing the after-effect of freeze and firebird.
Why can't you just stay with one balance and stick with it? :(
