Firstly, they are not 'drugs', they are game and tank enhancements. Secondly, if you do not like it, go play with your dollies at home. The thing I am getting fed up with is all those whining and whinging about the use of bonuses simply because they either cannot afford them, do not want to afford them or are just crap at the game. These bonuses are not cheating, they are part of the game just like in many other online games where paying a bit of cash will give you an advantage over other players who do not pay - how the hell do you think the game writers and those who run the game get paid? They are not putting on all this simply for your enjoyment at their own personal expense, and would be mad if they were to do so. If those people who keep moaning about the use of the enhancements would leave the game, it would be a whole better place.
