For y'all saying hunter just disables it, why would the people under the forcefield let the hunter get anywhere near them?

You can drop it anywhere on the map and you and your teammates will not only be invincible, but also regain lots of health. This OD literally negates the OD of every other hull. If you drop it in the enemy base, you've practically won because you can go on ahead and spawn kill and easily capture flags and make it virtually impossible for an enemy to capture a flag. You shouldn't be able to drop the OD smack in the middle of the enemy's base and it shouldn't serve as a free HP boost for everyone within it because then the damage reduction literally makes it impossible to overcome.

1 flag captured = 100 points 1 flag returned = 5 points

I'm not sure it would be an efficient use of time for mods to view every single requested picture of a paint on someone's tank... that said, converting an image file into a tank would not probably yield an aesthetically pleasing result, as the image would have to be distorted numerous times to fit on the tank the proper way. Plus, I don't think people like Maf would want to spend their time viewing disgusting images (i dunno, i could be wrong about this tho)

All the new paints are too flashy (animated + bright colors). I get that they look cool that way but depressing paints could also look cool. Like, if we use more darker colors and colors that stand out less but in a cool pattern, we can make paints that both satisfy all the emos and look cool at the paint.

You're right, it is better than imbalancing the game by making it full on p2w (although it sort of is already with the game economy) but how long will it take these buyer fools to realize that their paints are practically worthless since they already own so many.

The developers to paints are analogous to the French revolution government to money. The developers have put out too many new paints that no one uses plain old paints anymore and many of the cooler ones have been abandoned as well in favor of the animated and buyer-only ones. I remember when Zeus, Emerald, and Inferno were the coolest paints you could obtain and now those paints are extremely rare to find in battles (occassionaly you will have those warrant officer 3s running around with Emerald). Most players would have their own signature paint (mine was Spark) that was the best and only cool looking paint in their garage. The value of paints have depreciated too much and this approach towards "pay to get cosmetics" is failing because everyone has the coolest paints. I would suggest a limited-time offer paint for events but less random paints that are released during events that have nothing to do with the event.
