I have problems with login to game servers , any help ?

Also why this options its not open for all players in game ? More skins - more buy options , some players win cristals , but lots of players i think buy new skins ... In my opinion it's nothing interesing if i see my skin and other player not . And second way ; maybe in the game if its possbile open options , for special skins for clans ? Its inique .
