If i mu something is it worth the discount you get?

I was thinking about the med m1 kit then i might get hornet m1 , or i could get the light kit then get rail m1. But i realized that the med is valued more. But im not sure about the paints which is better.

I like to play rio and silence a lot so can you recommend a hull and turret

Do you think at high rank that thunder hornet is good? Is thunder good at high rank? Because of the paints have lots of thunder protection.
