Hello! After the server maintenance which came 1 week ago, I have noticed that my ping started being unstable. It happened exactly the next day I logged in after the server restart. My ping before that week was 70-80 all the time. It didn't go up, it didn't go down. It was stable at that rate which is good for people in the United States. Then, When I come online after the restart, I see that my ping is unstable, goes from 200 to 800 every 15-20 seconds. At first I thought this was only me.. So I didn't do anything about it. Then after a couple days, I called my Internet provider and asked them to see into this issue. They asked me if it was the Game servers issue, and I said that I knew it was not. (I asked friends who lived in Russia/United Kingdom) They have assigned an appointment to come and look what could have happened. They came, and found out that it was not my internet connection, but instead it was the servers fault. I asked many of my friends who live in USA and Canada and sure enough I wasn't the only one affected by this lag. I'm hoping that you will do something about this and fix this issue for US/Canada players, or else many players who live from these countries will have to leave this game. It's impossible to play at those rates of ping. And I play XP/BP, so it affects me dramatically. The problem is clearly not on my side..
