" goldboxpic.exe " pictures are NOT exe , they are either PNG or JPEG. exe means it executes something on your system , which must be a keylogger. a keylogger makes a log of all the keys you press and sends it to the hacker , which means anything you type , including passwords , gets sent to the hacker. which would explain how his bank account , email , and tanki account got hacked.
