I sent this email regarding the issue that happened to me. And this is the reply I received. Here are the screenshots. I always clean my flash and everything from my browser before playing and I always turn my anti-virus into silent mode. I have a good connection and I have nothing opened besides tanki when im playing. I know all of you can easily get that much crystals easily but for a newbie like me that played for 5 hours straight to get that much crystal. I think its because im a low rank and not a paying player I dont get compensations. Its just unfair and I feel really heartbroken..

cool. does this mean the higher your rank is the better the daily gifts are?
