So...I decided to change my second mission (300 XP in Rio for a few drugs) and got this :D

I didn't say that the TV show will COMPLETELY deviate from the comic book (my apologies if I did), but there are many things which have happened in the comics that haven't been played out on TV. I.e- Rick losing his hand, Andrea hooking up with Rick, Judith dying etc

Show runner scott gimple had once stated that the TV show has enough material to go its own path. So its not necessary that Glenn will be killed off. There are a lot of things that happened in the comics that haven't happened in the TV show. Also, many are speculating that Glenn will be replaced by Daryl, since Jesus has come to replace him :3
