Well for me I really don't pay attention to what they call, they can call me noob but what is the point? if we are a beginner we won't be very good at playing right ? we just start the game so it won't be like we have been playing for 2 years. So, if they call you noob, just think it is a word that they want to describe as a starter, if we do something for a long time we will be great with it, that's why it becomes professional , so don't get angry if they call you like that. Just give them smile and say " yes I am noob, sorry " and one day prove them that you are better than they used to call you or probably better than the one who used to call you noob :)

Games are universal, so here people around the world can meet, enjoy playing together and have good friends. So, they can have whatever name they want to just present who are they, what should we call them in games. However, having Mr, Mrs, Ms, or even Dr as a name doesn't mean that they are dating someone on TO. If they are satisfied to be Mr. and Mrs. we should respect their decision, there are many Mistresses who dont have Misters. You should be able to differentiate what is virtual life and real life.
