Well for me I really don't pay attention to what they call, they can call me noob but what is the point? if we are a beginner we won't be very good at playing right ? we just start the game so it won't be like we have been playing for 2 years. So, if they call you noob, just think it is a word that they want to describe as a starter, if we do something for a long time we will be great with it, that's why it becomes professional , so don't get angry if they call you like that. Just give them smile and say " yes I am noob, sorry " and one day prove them that you are better than they used to call you or probably better than the one who used to call you noob :)

First, what is International Women's day ? There are many opinions about this, however generally it is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. I would say women and men live together, they both need each other and support each other. Women can fulfill the sweetness in workplace where as men can respect woman as they would call " gentlemen ". Gender is just a term but we all are human, being good and doing good things to all as human is the most important thing to live together.
