Since the changes and introduction of the different turrets I've been getting a lot less interested in playing ....... Tanki is now the Mario Bros of the genre with all the crap now available. Seems you might as well just put a paper weight on the space bar and drive around in a circle........re spawn........drive around in a circle some more. this used to be a rather interesting game. Now???...........not so much

I've been trying it for a while now and have given up completely on it. I then went to my M1 wasp and a small gun for the speed so I could change my game and start going after the flag...seeing as how sniping is now a lost cause. Unfortunately, I have now learned that railgun doesn't even have to be in the ballpark to hit my tank. Seriously, today I was getting shot trails that looked like they were an entire tank length to my rear...and I would blow up anyways. Enough. It was fun while it lasted but I'm gone. I'll drop in every once in a while to see if the game is back to where it doesn't feel like I was now playing Mario Bros but until then.................

Message to TANKI management from Kelvinator Refrigeration manufacturing Ltd. We realize that you recently upgraded your existing office fridge to one of our Fridge/Freezer models. Unfortunately, because of complaints from those that just own freezers we have decided to downgrade your unit by restricting the temperatures at which the freezer operates. We realize that you thought you bought a unit with certain features but we, as the developers, have decided that it doesn't matter what you think. Many others have agreed that they enjoy the new feature even if the unit doesn't work as originally designed or sold. This is unfortunate but we have made our decision and it is now final. Even if we have fundamentally changed the features of the unit purchased by yourselves we will refuse any attempt at refund or even a small concession that would allow you to re-direct the funds originally used in order to purchase another fridge/freezer unit in our extensive line of cooling appliances. Should you disagree with our position you are welcome to use appliances designed by other manufacturing plants...such as World Of Fridges or World of Freezers.

I went back and tried it again. It still is a disappointing change to what used to be a nice turret. And.......spend more to upgrade???? Not bloody likely.

Owners of shaft who have spent huge crystal to upgrade have now been well and truly SHAFTED by the game owners. At the very least the owners should be prepared to allow the crystals spent on Shaft to be refunded to allow a purchase of a different turret. Look at it this way. One of the developers bought a fancy, high end, BMW. How would he like it if the manufacturer 'decided' that it was far too powerful and unfair to other cars on the road..........and removed the engine and replaced it with one out of a Lada Niva?

Night mode is great. Laser on shaft....not so great. The whole idea of being a sniper is...don't be seen. Hanging a shiny shaft of light on yourself kind of defeats the whole purpose. I've got other turrets but don't enjoy them nearly as much as the old Shaft. Sorry, it's no longer fun. I do thank the developers for a great game and many, many hours of entertainment. I was just at the point where I was going to spend some 'real' money to build up Shaft in order to compete with some of the higher ranks and heavy armor....... but there's not much point if the BASIC features of what I buy can be changed at will. Not much point in staying if the fun's gone so...........bye bye.
