Can there be an option in the setting that players can aim their turrets vertically by scrolling the mouse wheel or by moving the mouse up and down?

Semyon,The Railgun's visual effect is perfect but for Isida's visual effect,it just completely sucks.The old Isida looks a lot cooler,it looks like an electric gun that fires electricity but the new update has shown that Isida fires a thick yellow ribbon that looks completely awful,we know the new isida fires like a plasma but many of us still love the old frightening electricity not a thick plasma beam,ok?
