For DMs & CPs, is the Deadpool paint actually good or crap? Should I get raccoon instead?

Where is this new frozen paint? Is it out? I don't see it in battles... And how much did it cost?

I mostly buy paints for usefulness :P This paint is quite similar to raccon... 1 Deadpool paint can buy 1 set of drugs...

I only wonder if it's good at Polygon CP & DMs.. Mostly DMs, actually.
