  1. It is my fault to be honest...it was written and I paid no attention to it until it was too late....l leaned a lesson. Let's keep enjoying this great place!

By the way, I do take some responsibility in this for not reading the fine print; nonetheless, since this is a new process added, one would hope for some help with the mistake many of us had made. I would gladly be happy with partial reimbursement, but to just say we will not make any restitution for this error leaves me very let down. I will still play because I love the game, but much of the good feelings I've had about the behind the scene personnel of TANKI have significantly diminished.
  3. I too made a tragic error. I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I lost close to 400,000 crystals; not realizing that each time I hit the change button it was costing me 1650 crystals. I understand it now, but for some reason it just did not click until I looked at what my crystals had dwindled down to and then put 2 and 2 together. I've spent a few thousand dollars over the time I've been here and I have no complaints about that. I feel that Tanki has not been clear or fair on this issue. I contacted them and they will not make any restitution. This is the fist time I feel some animosity toward the administrators of this sight. I love the game, the new ideas, the products - every thing about it, until now. Now I feel that the powers to be are not sympathetic to customers' needs and solely motivated by profit, no matter what the cost.
