What a horrible idea. Not only the game will lose a lot of fun,and turn into "experts only" cybersport kind of game but also bring imbalance to it. Think about it. Shaft and Railgun only need DD drug for a sucessful game, while others need all kinds of supplies. This will also move Wasp and Hornet over other tank hulls; the drop bonuses will last twise as long now, therefore making them being able to collect all kinds of bonuses, and they'll be simply unstoppable. Activating the supplies one by one during battle will also take time, taking precious moments during battle when you could move around your enemy and turn your cannon. As for "bringing the balance" between those who have no drugs and those who donates money to get them - can't you just collect them in everyday bonus? is it really that hard? EVERYONE has access to drugs, and as someone who never buys them I don't see any imbalance in using them
