We all are curios why dont they answers when we wrote like this? Because they dont care they only wanna answer when someone ask why client dont work or why i got wait so long to get in game. ..... They scared to answer to that what is real problem here and they also "cleaning" so many writings here funny. I really hope they read what players wrote them and start to finally listening players ...... but we all know they dont listening. I really wonder who have teach them customerservice? Because they dont have that at all Here is few questions to tanki devs When tanki devs starts to listen to the players? When are tanki devs going to answer our questions? How long are tanki devs going to continue this downhill? I could imagine that every firm wants to be profitable and not to make a loss. The profitable companies are listening to customers and their needs and try to meets customer requirements. Why tanki devs dont listen players? Can you answer those questions?

This update has more than 360 pages (in English and Russian forums) negative feedback. and this not mean anything to tanki? Tanki still, think there is no need to listen to the players?. Players are those who are the ones who pay tanki for this game if tanki have not notice this allready (because it seems so). I suggest that tanki devs go now to the find some customer service courses so that you learn to listen to your customers. (those who playing this game) If tanki are going to stop players to using this game / service then tanki have succeeded very well. If you can keep players satisfied then they bring their money to you ask Semyon Back he will tell you. Tanki downhill began when Semyon left. Now players cant choose what map they wanna play and who they play if they wanna play somenthing else then pro games and this is what players dont like. Best what tanki can do is go back to the old tanki and give players what they want.

Yes i know i can use that battle list and choose my games like old way but all those are pro battles where you can not do your mission so you need to play those matchmaking games want it or not and some time you may need friends help there. Or for example how you do your kill 9999 mission or get score 99999 missions? or how your rank going up if you are small rank players if you don't play those matchmaking games?

This game is going more worse after every updates. I really wonder what you think when you do updates like this matchmaking is? Players cant play with friends. You make us choose only 4 friends what we can invite to same battle to play together, what we should say those friends who we cant invite to the battle?? any idea??? Should we say them go........???? Friends can not invite you to help in battle if needed help. You can not choose what map you play on that matchmaking system. Even that Tanki want players playing different maps players don't like all maps. Is this matchmaking updates purpose to break the guy relations and clans? Tanki makes players play against their friends. Why? This is gonna destroy friend relations. ( because Tanki dev's don't have friends so other cant have them either?) I also wondering what Tanki think when your new matchmaking system makes legends rank players play against recruit rank players ???? Small rank player get frustrated because is so hard to kill legend rank players but legend rank players love doing kill missions or play dm games. Players get frustrated this updates other team can have their side all players on legend rank and other teams get many low rank players so how this is fair? If you really want more players here then START TO LISTENING TO THE PLAYERS. And what they want. This may surprise you all there but if you did not know this so players are those those who pay your wages so listening them. Do not make this update permanent.
