Hi guys, theres a really serious problem/complain that ive got.Its about missing crystals. I sent a detailed application about the whole incident and yet after 18 days of the incident and almost 16 days since the last tanki online support response, i got irritated and made this topic. 16 days ago tanki has told me that it would respond in 1-5 days and now its been 16 days. Beleive me im very frustrated right now as tanki isnt replying and that my considerate amount of missing crystal hasnt been returned which has deeply impacted my tanki career and i might aswell leave this game knowing how lazy this game's support is. I havent got the strength to report the whole incident so im just copying the whole application i sent to tanko technical support.Here it is:
''Dear Tanki Online Technical Support, It is surprising that with all the measures tanki has taken to further enhance the security of our accounts, such an incident can possibly take place. I have a very serious matter to report regarding the loss of crystals in my account. I will try my best to give u all the details about this issue. First of all, according to how the Tanki administration has asked us to submit reports on loss of crystals i will provide the required information: 1. Your Nickname: A.U_PK (Rank: 1st Lieutenant) theres a full stop between the A and U do not overlook that. 2. What is missing from your account and how much of it: A lot of hard earned crystals are missing from my account. Approximately 16 000 to 17 000. They were almost around 17-18 000 before this incident( the day before this happened ) and when I opened it the next day, they were only 1091 to be exact. 3. Date of loss: 18-1-2015 was the date I saw this surprising loss of crystals. Before, this incident occured, the last time I played was on 17-1-2015. 4. Do you have any new items in the Garage that you did not purchase: Yes, there are certain items. I never purchased Isida M0 but it was in my garage, and, after searching a lot i found out that I had a surprisingly increased amount of certain supplies, Repair Kits,Double Armour and Speed Boost, namely. The Help Page asked us to give a detailed explanation of the problem faced so i will give some more details to sum it up. First off, the last time I played before the missing crystals incident occurred was on 17-1-2015 as i stated above and the first time i played after the crystal loss was on 18-1-2015, on the same day my crystals were missing and on this day when I opened Tanki, I was completely shocked when I saw that I had lost my 16-17k crystals that I had worked so hard to earn. Moreover, i saw Isida M0 and an increased number of supplies in my garage which i did not buy. This probably meant that this was no glitch or bug, this was a real person who did this as he must have got access to my account through illegal means such as hacking. Hence, I changed my password as soon as i possibly could however i did not change the e-mail because with the new update the email cannot be seen even by the user of the account only the first and last letters can be seen and I also do not have an alternative e-mail. Getting back to the topic, this was how the crystal loss occurred and I do not have any information regarding who or how did this.
So, it is my solemn request to you to refund my crystals. I was hoping to get Railgun or Thunder M2 on the upcoming sale and i was saving crystals and this incident shattered my hopes :( :unsure: :( Off topic, I live in Islamabad Capital Territory,Pakistan and to be honest I bet that you will not find a player more serious-minded towards this game here(even if this loss was of a few hundred crystals i would have written this report let alone 17 000). That is exactly why I feel so shattered right now that you will not believe it that these are my emotions for a GAME. Coming towards the conclusion, I hope that you will take action regarding this incident and I hope u will retrieve my lost crystals. Feel free to ask me ANY information regarding this incident and I hope you answer soon. I will be waiting for a positive reply.''
Thats all of it and now i want a REAL technical support member to respond to this topic ASAP. Im waiting.
