I just calculated. Even if I play 1.5 hours of intense Polygon CP every day till 25th Dec (38 days), with bare minimum 350 exp per 15 min battle, I can get about 79000 exp while to reach 2nd Lt. I only need about 54000. Achievable I think. :)

I play 15 minute battles only. I am in top 3 mostly..
