    Unfortunately, you can't find the server address you are playing on. I recommend using the example 'c5.tankionline.com' as the Host, unless you are ever given and requested to use another server address by the Technical Support for instance.

    Hi there!

    It's because you've not removed the slash ("/") after "lucky-en.html". Remove it and I guarantee you it will work. ?
    Or, you could simply use the original link you got from Tanki. Have a good day!

    Greetings!

    Seeing you have your e-mail open on a tab and the link in the image you have provided, I confirm you got this link from Tanki while trying to change your e-mail or password. Flash is not enabled on your browser so you've been redirected to the HTML5 version of the game when you clicked the link. So, please try to use the original link with "/lucky-en.html" (or simply replace the "/play" with "/lucky-en.html" or "/battle-en.html") while Flash is enabled to open the Flash version of the game and change/remove your e-mail there, or use the HTML5 link ("/play") on a different browser.

    There is no official information to such yet. Nvidia graphics processors deliver high performance, so you should be able to play smoothly at any setting in the HTML5 client.
     
    However, this Help Site article (it is based on HTML5 browser version though) may help you get an ideal setting if you are experiencing FPS issues.
