They still have to consider your time flexibility, knowledge, improvisational ability and overall commentating ability, not just your skill in that one video. The TO commentators have a big job to do in representing the staff.

Omg who the heck judged this competition?? Some of the best people were not even mentioned and some of the worst entries got prizes! I did not compete in this competition but I think it is very obvious to most people that this competition should be re-judged. This was a completely unfair competition. - Iridium_Eclipse
