Is there anybody to provide us with an update ? What is happening ? Is there any estimation about when it is expected to be resolved ? Shaft is useless .. does not work neither with the classic keyboard controls , nor with the mouse .. The "workarounds" suggested do fix the top left corner issue .. temporarily .. But still .. the shaft is acting on it's own , sometimes aiming the floor , or the sky .. or rotating like a radar 360 degrees this is so disappointing .. along with the "Silence" from the company side ... Time is passing by and it feels like nobody cares about it

Dear all.. I am using Firefox with the latest flash player on .. and I have the Shaft bug myself .. When using full screen mode you proposed, I can aim properly for a shot or two , and then the shaft is rotating continuously 360 degrees , and quite fast I would say .. ( let us forget the lag issues involved after entering full screen size ..) I do understand that this was an "unpredicted" side effect of the latest upgrade for the mouse controls .. I still wonder though why it was not picked up during your in house tests, prior to going live .. which is something you should consider for your test scenarios next time, so as to optimize this process .. In any case , I believe it is a matter of time, before your developers find out and solve for good the issue that arose .. But until this is achieved , the matter is what is your company policy on that .. Since it has been discovered, and as you see from those who voted that 80% is unhappy .. Why don't you "Roll Back" your upgrade till this matter is solved for good ? There are people who prefer to use shaft as their favorite weapon, and they have "invested" some money buying crystals to reach to a point and enjoy the game .. And they should receive the same gaming quality experience using shaft , like everybody else .. Besides, the mouse control option has been announced quite some time.. ( correct me if I am wrong ..) and we waited all this time , till it got implemented nowadays .. A week's delay or two , till you get all the related issues & bugs discovered & settled down would not make any difference ... I would expect a company of your size to act "faster" on such matters, safe-guarding and ensuring the smooth operation of the "product" , rather than "delaying" & creating "unsatisfied customers" .. Kindly roll back your latest upgrade till you manage to get it working properly .. Apart from that ( and the annoying "fatal errors" kicking out almost half the players ) , it is indeed a great game Thanks is advance funbug1

Hello and Season's Greetings .. I have noticed the following, which I consider is good to report just for being aware of it, and if you can correct it During the last couple of months I used to buy supplies using the 70% sales offer - 1000 of each kind .. The last few weeks, as I am saving for the Christmas sales, I buy just very few each time ..just to get me through for the next couple of battles ahead .. Today I encountered an issue .. ( which is the second time around , so is not just an "one of" ) During a battle, I noticed I had 0 Health and 0 Double Power left, so I went to my Garage to purchace some .. At first I bought 10 Double Power , and pressed the confirmation button that came up .. at 500 Crystals cost .. Right after that , I chose to buy some health as well , so I reduced the ammount of Health units down to 3 that is 450 Crystals Cost .. again confirmed the purchase, all OK and I returned back to the actual battle .. My "Funds" in my account were reduced by 950 Crystals which is what I would expect, and fine so far .. Funny enough though, when during the battle I tried to activate the Double Power , nothing was happening , so to my surpise, having a look at the bottom of my screen I realized that I had 0 Double Power !!! ( Practically I was never given those 10 2x Power that I bought ) !!!! I went back to the Garage to purchase another 10 Double power units and this time , it did gave me correctly those 10 units , being able to use them OK , at a cost of 500 Crystals .. ( which is correct - OK ) So I was charged ( 500 + 450 ) In 1st purchace , just for 3 Health Units plus 500 Crystals in 2nd Purchase for those 10 Double power units You can check what I am saying by looking at what happened in my acc today around 16:00 Greece time, ( GMT + 2) .. I was in a battle at the Serpuhov map I do not write to complain asking to give back those 500 Crystals .. that I was charged for getting nothing .. and requesting a refund ... This is the second time is happening to me, as I had the very same incidend some ten days ago or so but never reported it, thinking , something went wrong , OK .. consider it a "one of" case and no need to cause fuzz There must exist a bug somewhere, that under some conditions it gets to behave like this I wish I knew what those conditions are .. The matter is serious enough, not just for myself but for every player, I guess because what would have happened if I was buying 1,000 Double Power ? I would get to loose some 50,000 Crystals ? because 50K crystals it does take time to collect ( or costs real money ) and how can I prove this ? That I did paid , I did confirm the purchase properly , and got nothing against in my stock ? I have performed several purchases in the past, both cheap and expensive ones and so far the system was behaving OK , so there was "Trust" towards the system .. but trust is "fragile" .. Today I felt that the system grabbed those 500 crystals from my pocket .. Anyway, I do not know if I am the only one to whom this has occured .. but happening a second time around, this is no coincidence .. nor a "one of" as I originally thought Kindly check and let me know if you managed to identify something in the system that shows what went wrong Thanks is advance Funbug1
