Is getting Dictator worth it? I have Hunter, Hornet and Titan and was going to get VIking but Hunter seems to be better.

This sale I'm getting Rail M3, Ursa T-B, hopefully Titan, and either an extra turret or a paint (I'm looking at disco :wub: ). If I get a turret, Vulcan or hammer? What has less modules in use against it and is more effective for my equipment ( I will be replacing my Hunter with Viking).

Jackhammer, Medic, and Healer are great cheap kits. Later and greater kits include Guardian, Stormbringer, and some of the newer Titan/Mammoth ones.

This battle was crazy. 4 or 5 unaccredited golds fell. At one point I had to leave the PC, so I asked my little sister to tell me if a gold fell. I came back to see her staring at the screen with 2 gold notifications on it, not saying a word... :huh: I had no health so I SD'd and got a nice respawn near the gold everyone was going to (the one in the middle, right next to the wall), but I was too late because I couldn't get on the dogpile in time, so I didn't. That went great for me, because I found the other gold on the floor and just reacted in time to scoop it up. Everyone had missed it even though it had fallen before the one they all went to, AND right next to it! Extreme luck.

I had been considering it when modules first came out, but the fire protection is great for Arena and Island, and for some reason I haven't been seeing many Hammers lately. Anyway, I can wait until after the sale to debate which Lion I should get because I will be getting only the Smoky/Rail/Ricochet module this sale. I would be as confused as you if I didn't have the privilege.

I was quite lucky to get this one, from being caught in the middle of a firebird melt-off (thanks, lumberjack LGC) to barely getting the corner of my tank underneath.

Eh, I just joined a Poly Cp to see 2 Ricos and 1 Hammer, usually it's 1-4 Ricos and 0 or 1 for Hammer, plus Lion T-B would be better for me because it wouldn't over lap with the mid-long range hammer paint I want (or was it mid-short?).

Lion T-B is better for Polygon CP, in fact I see more Ricos than Hammers in Arena and sometimes Island.

30% on Vulcan today :/

The Smoky module I'm getting is Ursa T-B (I think, whichever one is Rail-Smoky-Rico). It gives good protections in Polygon, although it is better in DMs there. It also gives me a good Railgun and Smoky protection combo for light format clan wars.

I got Redneck last December, by far my best purchase. There's only two problems; although Hunter is a very fun hull, it is worth much less to Micro-Upgrade than Viking, which I will soon be getting instead. Then there's Rico modules- there are so many (I believe there are more now than when I bought it), and there are going to be even more after the next sale- people have already been buying Lion T-B and Lion T-D.

luckySlo is the best kind of buyer, giving me my first underground gold, an epic ramp catch, and 2000 crystals instant profit. I think it was better to use Titan than my Hunter. Also Emrakul wouldn't talk to me (maybe banned?), but I didn't notice him catch any golds. Karma...? :ph34r:

I started seeing loads of people using Lion T-B (Rico Twins Fire) and was confused about why people were shelling out 250k so soon. Then I played some Poly CPs and realised why: those weapons are dominating the scene over there. So much so I might ditch Lion T-A for the similar paint with the all important Firebird protection, which will also allow me to use Vulcan without restricting myself to Lumberjack, and find another Hammer module like Hammer/(Short range weapon/Mid range weapon).

Wow, a welcome change actually makes things harder for me. What should I do; I was going to buy Kodiak T-F, the Rail, Rico, Thunder module, but now Tanki has added a module I used to hope for in vain: one with protections from Smoky, Thunder, and Ricochet. These would both be great at mid-range, which one is best for me (I have no good protections from either of these)? Is it worth buying both!? Edit: I think I would get a good Poly CP module after either of these: Vulcan/Twins/Isida (Would make my Red Suit useless, but that's okay, it was only 70k + a nice paint) or Vulcan/Twins/Thunder (a better version of Cherry)?

I rally like Ricochet too, but I don't think it's worth getting M4. A lot of crystals going into very small improvements. If you want to use hammer, M4 is absolutely necessary due to M4 VIkings. Otherwise, I hear Smoky is good.

So you think I should Mu my hunter or get dictator instead of Viking? I hear lots of good about it.

Could you suggest to me which hull to buy and M4 to go in between Hornet and Titan (all to become M4 in the future)? I have Hunter with 9/50 but it's too close to Hornet in terms of stats, and doesn't improve greatly at M4. Viking has great value for each MU, but Dictator would be more fun for chasing golds (however, Viking has a cheaper and better path to M4, fits nicely between my Hornet and Titan, and pairs well with Hammer and Smoky, future purchases).

Definitely smoky. I already have protection from Isida and Firebird in one paint though.

I'd say Osaka. An M2 turret early on and a versatile hull to work in both of your favourite maps is great. Would Lion T-D (Hammer RIco Twins) Be useful for me? Or is there a better short-mid range module out there? I already have Lumberjack and want to extend the range of my protections by a bit. Also, which Smoky protection is best; which other prots go well with it?
