I'm very experienced with Shaft. It's the main turret I play with. Trust me when I say they have COMPLETELY RUINED SHAFT!!! Tested Hammer, Thunder, Rico and Railgun today. -Hammer is still a great turret. No problem here. -Thunder's reload time is a good addition but maybe a little too slow..maybe? -Rico definitely needs to be taken down a notch. It will ruin gameplay especially when the druggers get a hold of it. -Railgun is completely Over Powered. Way too much love has been given to railgun lately. Over the course of these upgrades they have made Railgun more accurate + increased it's reload time. Meanwhile, they have neglected shaft entirely, slowed down the reload time and completely ruined the aim...hmm?? What the heck are u guys doing? Gameplay isn't the same when shaft's cant counterbalance overpowered Railguns. Overall, I think you guys have totally missed the mark on these updates.

Mouse controls and changes in auto-aim mechanism

Is there a time frame when shaft will finally be usable again? It's day 2 now and still no signs of improvement. How about the update be removed until everything is in working order? Seems fair and simplistic enough. -

I'm using a touchpad laptop. Shaft is useless for chrome users now. At least figure out an option for us to have it disabled. As far as the mouse is concerned, I can't even access my flash settings when i right click the screen. Maybe a Keyboard only "play now" option and a mouse only "play now" option? Serperate the two until the bugs are worked out. Makes more sense given the majority of players will most likely use the keyboard regardless. Well at least initially. -

Quick heads up guys - the Shaft is really glitchy on Google Chrome. I have a touchpad laptop so im not too interested in the mouse feature anyway but when i use my shaft it becomes a problem. When zoomed in, the aim is sporadic. It's all over the place. Either it takes the scope completely in one direction i.e. all the way up or all the way to the left or to the right etc, or when I release the spacebar the shot isn't centered and it lands somewhere usually off towards the bottom right corner. It's probably just a calibration issue or somehow my touchpad is interfering but my shaft is rendered useless now. I've restarted my browser a bunch of times, refreshed the page a bunch of times, tried keeping the mouse off the screen and on...nothing works. For me the shaft is down for the count until a fix is released. Which sucks because it;s the only gun i use Hope an update is implemented soon or at least a feature to have it disabled in chrome. -
Haven't gone through the forum that much so I'm not sure if this idea has already been presented, but I think it would be a great idea for the developers to add Player Stats as a way for individuals to track their progress over time. Such as Overall Kill %, Capture %, which turrets kill you the most, which tanks do you kill the most etc.. Maybe even a player of the week ranking system showing which players have earned the most points during that span or have the highest kill total or best Kill/Death Ratio among players with the same ranking I just think a more in depth way of seeing where you rank among players with similar levels, similar hulls, similar turrets, etc.. would create an even more competitive playing environment and add extra incentive. Maybe you could introduce a reward for the better players? Top 5% of their rank receive a special bonus at the end of the month or a special icon on their tank showing they've made top player status for the week? I'm sure this has probably been debated to death already. I just think it would make Tanki that much better especially if there was a way I could track the overall kills vs deaths i accumulate....or how i rank among other shaft users..little things like that. Anyway, thanks for hearing me out. Thumbs up if you like

http://tankionline.com/battle-en.html#/server=EN4&battle=fffffff9beb87cb8 All this guy does is shoot teammates with twins and shove people over the sides. He'es been doing this for weeks. Time to ban this guy. Can an Admin help out? He's there now. -
First time ever using this forum. I cant reiterate enough how unfair this new laser update is to Shaft. First of all the Shaft is a brilliant gun to play with once you've mastered the basic strategies. To ruin such a great feature makes me not want to continuing play this game anymore. I'm one of the better snipers at my rank and it's extremely tough to gain points and rack up kills when you're restricted to basically one shot with an incredibly slow reload time. The only way the laser feature can be somewhat fair to shaft users is to: increase the speed of the turret rotation, increase the power in arcade mode, and speed up the time it takes to re-enter sniping mode. Otherwise. the shaft cant fight back. What i've found is as soon as you enter snipe mode people instantly drug to avoid being killed or they rally to your point in bunches. It's frustrating because it takes less time for them to reach you then it does for the shaft to actually re-energize in order to fight back. The railgun is just as powerful and it takes a fraction of the time to get to full power. If shaft gets a laser beam while sniping it needs a faster opportunity to fight back in close combat situations because you've essentially put a huge target on its back for everyone to attack and aim at. Hate the update! If it stays I think Im done with Tanki. The shaft is the only turret i enjoy using and its what i've based all my upgrades around. Really it's the only reason I play. Think you guys dropped the ball on this one. Hope you correct it before it's too late. Also, The Freeze is by far a more disadvantageous or rather frustrating turret for opponents to handle because it renders you useless immediately and the user doesn't have to aim or be at all accurate. They simply just need to be somewhat in the general vicinity.. Nightmode is awesome.
