Unfortunately, your proof is not sufficient to take action. The best proof is a video which clearly shows the violation. Quality of the video must allow moderators to easily understand nicknames and ranks of all the players.
-
When you need to prove a sabotage, you must show that the violation is systematic and repetitive. So your sceenshot is not enough proof.

As most have pointed out. Give us our refunds as we've been all mislead and scammed.

Report them here http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/england/consumer_e/consumer_protection_for_the_consumer_e/consumer_unfair_trading_e/unfair_commercial_practices_where_to_start.htm

I will stick to my PS4. Call of Duty don't have lasers on the snipers.
-
Im not going to play any more too. It's getting really boring and the updates are really lame.
-
Shalf now is the same as railgun. What's the different apart from power haha. I will be after a refund and will report them to correct authorities i.e. trading standards, if none is given.
-
It's illegal to sell a product that's not advertised correctly or incorrect to what was purchased. Therefore anyone who has purchased the shalf and upgrades are entitled by law to a refund.
-
I also agree with Micky3 The game is becoming boring when you change everything that a small few moan about. No skill is needed these days because the rubbish players get what they want from moaning on this board.
-
So those who purchased a shalf and upgrades, now have a completely different gun they might not like. Therefore are you going to refund those who purchased crystals to buy and upgrade the shalf? If not, wouldn't it be misleading buying a product that was not described? I'm thinking a few laws have been broken here and you can be liable for damages.
