Tanki Online has made a new update that if you parkour in a battle which is not parkour format then you seld destruct so rank up is not possible there. In PRO battles with parkour format still it is not possible because in parkour mode no xp is earned to we cant rank up again. You should delete that parkour rank up part or say that it is no longer possible
