What turret is good on my rank in maps like Polygon, Noise, Highland and Rio?

Please tell me what's the best way to catch gold boxes on my rank at Noise, Polygon, Silence and Highland. I always miss them, I've already missed 17 goldboxes in just 3 days! Even though once it fallen twice in a row I didn't got any one. I'm starting to play bad, before double battle fund I was nearly always on top of the score table, now I'm mostly the worst player in my team. I need to catch at least 1 gold box to chill my nerves and start playing better.

Missed 9 golds today. It's getting even worse though if i had +9 thousands of crystals i could buy M1 with -25% of price . -____________________________________________________________-

Today in ~3 hours of playing 4 gold boxes dropped and even though I was the best player in my team(except druggers) I didn't got even one of them. If I would get them all I would get nearly 2x more crystals than I get from battle fund(every battle lost). Now it doesn't matters for me to be good in this game. It costed me too much nerves. Now all I want is to catch all of them because it's the best source of crystals. It doesn't matters if you are good and you are on top of the score table, when the worst player who can't even rotate turret takes gold box and gets more crystals! What's the best combo for catching gold boxes, I don't need to kill anyone, I just want to catch all gold boxes.

Sooo, the discounts are coming. What should i upgrade to M1? - I like the versatility of Railgun + Hornet so much, but one day im playing like pro gamer, and other day like someone who didn't sleep for 24 hours and by the way playing Railgun for a long time is soooo boring. - I love catching goldboxes! <3 - I hate Shafts, so would like to have a turret + hull combination for killing it, especcialy because my team can't kill them too. - I like helping teammates.

I think Hammer is good, but only when assaulting flag, when enemy team has heavy hull with fast reload gun, like Mammoth + Smoky/Twins. He can do peek-a-boo tactic like railgun then. Or just fire 3 shots and hide. It's bad against Hornet or any fast hull because when you will fire 3 shots and Hornet won't die it's going to kill you. Mammoth will be too slow.

What is best 1v1 weapon? And what hull is best for that weapon? And what's probably the funniest to play combo in your opinion?

Should i buy 'dirty' paint, when i play as freeze?

I'm first sergeant as you can see. I enjoy playing shaft(all hulls), railgun + hornet, freeze + hornet, twins + hunter and smoky + wasp/hunter. I have mammoth m1. What should i upgrade? Personally i think freeze + hornet will be best for me, but i want to know how it works at generalissimo.

Do i have to draw a tank? Could it be just christmas background, tanki logo, "Merry Christmas" text, christmas tree and some fireworks? Gold boxes under christmas tree? :D
