Well, I have played with hi-its-mebachoo_3000, he says I am good and I should be invited to HD, but he also says that i can be invited by Crested Dragons or higher-ranked dragons, what do I do?

I have an obsession with the number 61, in every game I go, every ID i make, the numbers in the end are always gonna be 61. (Unless someone has the same number as me, that would be painful for me)
