i send an email to help@tankionline and explain the situation but they replay to me that return the old account is impossible

the problme is i don't remember any thing about my account i stopped playing it maybe from 2 or 3 years i don't have any information about it

i forget my password of my old account it is in major i didn't link it with gmail or facebook or any thing like that can i get that account or no ??
