i m from india i tried to buy crystals from xsolla using my master card debit card. selected 15,000 crystals which showed 314.76 INR to pay then i completed the purchase after a short while my bank sent me a sms notifing that the transaction exceeds your daily limit thats 40,000 INR (more 100 time greater than the sum to purchase), by the way this was my first transaction after 6 days so no possible way for reaching daily limit threshold. what is the sum tanki trying to deduct from my account??? this is clear fraud the only way i can get crystals is through boku sms that has pricing issue as follows- pay via debit card u get - 314.76 INR = 14,297 crystals pay via boku u get - 300 INR = 3494 crystals see the difference, clear fraud NO TO Buying CRYSTALS and TANKI until i get a reasonable explanation from developer...
