The part about the Viking probably isn't a very good idea. I'd achieve a bit more experience before giving advice to others. While Viking can be a good hull with isida it isn't very versatile. It works well on small and small-medium maps but struggles on anything larger than Noise. Wasp or Hornet are better, and the self healing makes up for the weak armour to a certain extent. Also, a cheap paint like Lead and later Dirty and Corrosion prevent one-shots from shafts. The latter two have the advantage of rail protection also.

You need 15K for hornet and 22.5K for rail (Or less depending on MU status) during Valentines sale. It isn't until the 23rd though.

MUs can be used to upgrade the first few parameters of our new goodies. They're not useless.

What if it had been 15%? Why does everyone feel like they're entitled to sales. Tanki never so much as hinted that it would be 50%. That was entirely speculation.

You're forgetting that he has micros on Rail AND he can't purchase it until next rank. His M0 fuly microed damage gives him a good advantage over other M0 turrets. So hornet is probably better in this case.

That's usually the case, but not so with rail in this situation. Keep in mind that nearly everyone is using M0 Light hulls at his rank, and wasp M1 will still be two-shotted. As will hunters. the other medium hulls take three. Heavy hulls are rare. M1 rail doesn't have much of an advantage shot wise. It just means you'll waste more damage. For instance: You do 88 damage to an M1 wasp which has 95 HP. The second shot shaves off the remaining 7 damage. At later ranks you can often rely on teammates to finish off your targets, but during the early WO ranks this cannot be expected.

Hornet first, unless you have Wasp. If you have Wasp M1 get Rail.

This has happened to me so many times, almost as annoying as having a hammer running around flipping teammates. So many rails, shafts, and even smokey's trading shots for no real reason in a close CTF. They're just trying to bump their DL's.

Jaguar is probably good for now. Maybe tundra or cedar if you want options. Rico-Dico is amazing, Rail not so much. Dictator is too fat and slow for rail now. There's a reason why XP/BP are so popular.

If you're using the arrow keys you're probably using your right hand. Most of us have played some kind of game before coming to tanki, and many of these require us to use mouse also. It is immosible to hit space+move with arrow keys+ use mouse at the same time. But it is possible with WASD. With mouse control using arrow keys will be awkward. You'd either have to use your left hand on arrows or move the mouse to the left side. At least you don't have to hit space though. ;)
