I sent a message to help@tankionline.com, that my account had been stolen by hacker. You know now, they sent me to answer 11 questions. After that, at the end, they said to me: 'your account had been stolen by a hacker. We have successfully recovered the access to your account, and we sent your new password to your new email. We strongly recommend to change the password of the email which is your account linked in.' Now the problem is, when I visit that new email, there is nothing there. Helpe. I thought I recovered my lovely acc., but I visited all emails that I had, and no messages, no password. :(

when I want to enter on my account it doesn't show me the login bar, first it takes longer than usual to load the game, but after the loading is completed it doesn't show the login bar. Why? The loading bar disappears and nothing else is there. Why is that?

it good idea but, what if a player that is banned joins in the battle with unfamous players, and now they know that player is banned from chat, what if some starts to insult a player that is banned, of course that olayer can ignore offender, but on the other hand he won't be able to report the offender too while the player is banned. That happened to me once, I was in battle with friend, and he saw when I got banned, and he said that out loud, now all players that were in batlee knew that I am banned. And one started to insult, he wanted to sabotage in battle, I reported him later, but anyway its a good idea.

Linux is better and faster than windows, it automaticly install drivers, and all needed, it has many advantages, so try it on and enjoy.

If someone entered on your account and changed password, then it's impossible to recover. On creating account, you should link your account toca valid email address, that can protect your account from being stolen. And the same problem would be, if you forgot your password.

Mozilla firerox won't betraye you. Since I've started to play on mozilla, i don't have any problems. If you still can't play, then change your PC. Play on laptop if you have it. Or install linux operating system, it's better and faster than windows, when you install linux, drivers will be automaticlly installed, that is an advantage of linux. Try it on and enjoy
