Would anyone have the MU discounts? or only those participate in the DM tournament have ? Would (some of) the old product kits be changed or removed while the new kits are introduces?
-
I think it is a bit unfair to the Premium players. No matter what, they pay real money. Why take away the 15% protections? You may not give the protection to the 3hr Premium from daily mission award but at least keep it for those paid accounts. If you think it is giving too much to players, just simply remove the 3hr Premium account from the daily mission award. P.S. I don't buy Premium account; I just feel sorry for those who pay for it. They should deserve to have some protections for paying real money.

Yes it is great. You will have 27 hours of Premium today. LOL.

I believe we need a list of protection modules with full info, a new paint list with updated prices and a new list of produce kits with new prices in the Wiki. Thank you.
-
Thx. But would you (I mean would tanki) make one for handy ? (sry for a bit off-topic)

One comment on changing protection module during battles: it is difficult and takes time to find (recognise) the modules since they all look similar. Before, we can quickly locate and pick the paint we want by the apperance/colour of the paint. Hope you would do something more user friendly on this. BTW is there a hot key (e.g. press G) for going to the garage during battle?
-
For me, I only care the protections of the paints. I don't see any reason to buy expensive paints because I prefer to put those crystals on the protections. I don't know about the others but I won't spend the hard-earning crystals on some so call good-looking paints with no protections. If I want some good camouflage, I may just get, for example, black (for night battles), white (for winter battles) etc and put the protections to them and that will do.
-
You are right. We don't need those numbers. There are too many things when we press R. We can see the hulls and turrets with our eyes and we will have ideas how strong the tanks with our brains. Only to show the type of protections (without %) will be good enough.
-
What is going on? I now need to pay 50000 crystals for Invader and 25000 for lead paints without any protection? Have something been messed up in the new update?

Do we need google accounts to play it ?

TO's Birthday brings a new look to your garage!

According to what they said, "old" paint will remain exactly the same on everything, except you may put the protection module from the paint to another paints in the new paint system. This means you may give the protection combination you like to the paint (colour and pattern) you like then use it in battle. -

It is nice that the new garage looks brighter, however, the tank is too small in the middle. Details of the appearance on the tank is not clear. It makes the paint preview doesn't help much: paint pattern is not being shown well on tank. Hope you will make the tank bigger. Thank you. -
Just curious. In the new system, can we put the modules to the no-protection old paints? e.g. Green, Holiday and the Women's Day special paints.
-
It sounds like in the new paint system, we will know, at least some, enemy tanks protections. How do we know teammates protections? For example, there are lots of Thunders in the enemy team, if most of my teammates equip Thunder protection module that means I am in a smart team and I am so willing to fight together with them; otherwise..... Another thing is that is there a switch/button to switch off the info of enemy tank's protections? I am afraid there would be too much info (text/symbols) being shown on the screen especially in matches with lots of players.

I try to explain it in a simple way by comparing the paint system we have at this moment and the new system. For more details, keep reading posts and/or keep asking. When you buy a paint at this moment, you buy the appearance (colour and pattern) of the paint (this could be a significant reason that you buy this paint) and also the protections come with this particular paint. For example you buy Sakura you will have a very beautiful looking plus protections from Isida (20%), Vulcan (10%) and Hammer (20%). You may then upgrade these percentages later up to a certain level for each protection (for Sakura, the max is Isida 30%, Vulcan 15% and Hammer 30%. In the new system, you will buy a paint and then a protection module. The module could contain 1, 2 or 3 slots, according to your rank and/or the module's M (modification level likes those for turrets and hulls) I believe. You then buy protections to put in these slots of the module you buy, for example you may buy protections for Firebird and Ricochet and put them into a 2-slot module. You then combine this module to the paint to let the paint possesses protection ability for these two turrets. I think if you only buy the paint (appearance), you can still wear it but without any protection. The max MU of the protections most likely would be according to your rank and/or the module's M. You may upgrade/buy higher M for more percentages like what you do on turrets and hull. And the MU of all protections you have in a module will be synchronized, that is you won't have something like Smoky 10%, Hammer 15%. All protection percentages in the same module will be the same. The old system is selling you paint packages; The new system allows you to "make" you own paints. I hope you now have some idea of the new paint system.

Does that mean when a module is formed, if we want another combination then we need to buy another module? For example: I made a 2-way module with Firebird and Vulcan protections. Now I want Firebird and Shaft than I need to buy another 2-way module and buy Firebird protection again and buy the Shaft protection. Another question is if I buy a 3-way module, do I need to fill it up immediately after I pay or I can fill it up with 3 different protections one after one later? For example: I buy a 3-way module, I immediately buy a Smoky protection. I then wait for a week then buy a Hammer protection. I then wait for a month and then buy a Freeze protection. or NO ! I have to decide all 3 protections at the moment when I buy the 3-way module.

I'm afraid that it is not the same thing. Listing of protections help us to choose turrets; listing of turrets help us to pick our paints (protections). My previous post is referring to the latter.
-
Good point. So it is not "the player will not be missing anything", unless these already owned "4 selections" (in the "old paints") will be kept in these paints in new paint system.
-
A suggestion to the players list in a battle for the new paint system: The players list in a battle, for the new paint system, will also list what protections they have so that we can choose our turrets according to that. Could you also list the turrets the players are using so that we can also choose our protection paint to join the battle? Thank you

Questions about the new paint system: I understand that the new paint system would have 2 separated characteristics: appearance (how it looks) and protections. I can set what type and how much protections to a paint I own. My question is: once I have set the protection(s) to the paint, can I change the types of protection later. For example: I now give protections from Firebird, Railgun and Thunder to a paint, can I change the protections to Twins, Vulcan and Shaft later? Another question is: can I adjust the percentage among the protections I have with a paint anytime, assuming there is a maximum (total) percentage for all protections together. For example: I now set the protection from Hammer 15% and Freeze 10% (total = 25%). Can I re-set them to Hammer 13% and Freeze 12% later? Or once I’ve given a certain percentage I cannot remove it, but I can still top it up. Further question: would there be a minimum percentage of protection of each type in the paint? For example: I have a paint with Shaft and Hammer protections and I have a total of 20% to allocate to these protections. However there is a minimum of 7% for each paint so that I cannot make it to Shaft 15% and Hammer 5%; I have to give at least 7% to the Hammer and I then can throw the rest to the Shaft. Last question: if my paint, for example, has 3 protection slots, can I give only 2 types of protection for the moment and then I will give the 3rd one later? I am sure you will give a detail description to the new paint system soon. Hopefully you would include the answers. Thank you

valid Friends list - description/note
Bear_of_Kinmen replied to Bear_of_Kinmen in Friends list - description/note Ideas and Suggestions
Just an idea for the friends list: Allow us to type a short note after the name of the each friend (player) on the friend list. I realised that when the friends list getting long (i.e. more friends added), it is difficult to know who is who. If we can give notes to the friends (even just a few words) that would help. For example: Name Note Battle Server friend01 Always heals me friend02 Nice guy friend03 Helped me when I flipped friend04 Need me to help often friend05 Good skills friend06 A bit inexperience Thank you. -
When we look at the “Flora” paint while it is shown in the rectangle on the paint list in our garage, it has 3 colours: sandy yellow, dark green and red brown; however, when we equip/preview it on a tank, there are some black patches as well and the colours look darker. It is not an issue for me, just curious.

Just curious, how do you know someone has lost his/her nickname? Is there a way to check/tell ?

How to define an "Active" account. Is "login-logoff" enough? Does login the Forum count ? Thank you.
