Yes I receive the confirmation email and I click the link I receive.... I get a message in game my email is activated ... And you see it my included screenshot too.. So what is wrong ? Why I still receive messages about it each time I try to buy crystals ?

Hello ..... The last time I bought crystals I receive a message about my account activation... I open the settings in game and I activate my account with my email .. After a few days I tried again to buy a few crystals and check but I receive the same message again http://prntscr.com/60hygr I will really appreciate any help P.S.
