people !!! let me tell you what i believe----- kits are meant for buying multiple arsenal for considarably cheaper prices---and yes only the arsenal which is available at that rank-- this will be very effective to buy when some1 is in dire need of some new tier weapons and there are no sales--neither soon nor later--- finally i believe that its better to not to give the equipment which is not available in that particular rank.... --Aceleo--
