    Ideas for Supplies and Drones!

    I've been involved with TO for a little while. I started off not too long after the big economy update, and got myself all the way up to where I am now, then stopped playing for a while. So I came back today, and hopped in a game, and was absolutely blown away by the sheer number of people in every game I joined seemed to have an unlimited source of supplies, (and the will to use them constantly). People spawning and putting on a double damage or a defense supply instantly, or repairing every time they were able and had taken damage, it was a little hard being someone who doesn't stock any supplies at all. Now its pretty difficult to spend THAT much on supplies and actually advance in the game without spending money, but that's not what I'm here to mention. I'm more here to suggest that supplies not be as ridiculously powerful as they are. Being able to just press a key and instantly upgrade your vehicle at all is already a pretty powerful ability, but to double it's HP or damage output is...it's a lot. Now for some reason, before now, there weren't so many people spamming thee supplies. I mean there usually was that one guy camping in the corner running the twins/viking combo who just always had double damage and a repair ready every time you got close, but it was never much more than a use here and there in a tight situation you needed to fight your way out of, or into. Now so many people just put them on when they spawn, because the only way to survive, outside of having a massive skill and/or equipment advantage, is to spam supplies right back, causing a power creep through that entire game. I really think games would be a lot more fun if we didn't have to deal (now anyways) with most of the players in a game constantly pressing there number keys, and instead, just learned to properly use their vehicle. I mean, I can still have decent games, but I'll never be in the top three on a server like I could have been before without spamming supplies. It's a problem, and I think it makes up this game's greatest downfall. I know that there would be outrage if supplies were removed or made too expensive, so maybe, one day someone could be convinced to convey the idea that supplies should be made less powerful, forcing people to rely more on skill than pressing a single button and instantly being able to win a skirmish. I believe that would greatly increase both the skill ceiling, and the playability of Tanki Online. I really love this game, and I think I always will, so seeing this kind of thing, the kind of thing that kills a lot of games, get worse makes me sad. For now though, I probably won't be on all that often, even though I could be. It just isn't worth trying without supplies most times.

    [Issue 39] VLOG Analysis: The Unity Tanki

    One thing I never understood about the unity tanki, will the current and new versions be connected? Will we have our tanks still, or have to start over?
  3. Mouse controls do not work at all. Not even a small bit. I have them turned on, have the latest flash player, still nothing.

    Sell Button

    Well, you know, I think we need a sell button. It would be nice for those people who tried a bunch of weapons, because they could get a little boost of crystals for selling their old, unused m1 and m0 weapons and put the crystals towards an m3 or m2 weapon.
