Ok,

after i sent the seccond ticket, Tanki finaly gave me compensation...

Huh,

it's annoying and humiliating if you need to take screenshots and doing all such things to get what you deserved,

I hope that Tanki will do all what needed to prevent such things in the future

Um did you get a message like You are #____ On the Que. ? it means they are checking other emails and will get to yours

First , i get the msg with ticket number and response period of 24hrs,

but, after that i get the msg as i copy- paste earlier in this topic

2 to 3 pictures of : The score board,The timer (Full screen) to receive your crystals if you left the battle.

i sent the same to Tanki, but they sent me that bs answer....

     How to get your crystals back if you were kicked from the battle due to server's fault    

Yeah, i did exactly like that, but they don't care

So,

on the end i sent a ticket to "Tanki", with screenshot of wholle  game list with players and points ofc,

and guess, what they answer to me:

"Hello,

Unfortunately, we don't provide any compensation in such cases.

Best regards, support team"

Yeah, i did that during the game , i was calling moderators, but noone cares......

Hi all,

I started to play CTF game which was signed as 30 minutes long on EN6 server

that happen at aprox 1pm (gmt+1) 2/20/2015

after more than 1 hr playing  the game still won't ending

People decided to leave, so i am too

We spent our time witout being rewarded as regullary with battle fund and cristals

Tanki crew must care to repair that and give us our rewards
