If you upgraded any of your m0 turret it will eventually give you 100% discount on the next modification ~M1~ But if you need a m3 modification you need to micro upgrade 50/50 to m2 twins but i prefer getting m3 twins rather upgrading m2 in that rank ;) I hope this helped you
