So since when did paints like Zeus cost the same as an xt? The much more prized possession. This seems very interesting right? Oh as well as that since when did protections become less expensive than a paint? It seems illogical to me and many others as well! The main problem is why should paint, an aesthetic which is just used for covering a designing a tank, cost more than something which is going to protect it. Tanki I do believe you haven’t thought this one through and I would like to put down a few a suggestions to why you should change this update. But first let’s explain why we the players of tanki think this is a bad update.
Reason 1 - Money
So, many people know tanki, players to buy crystals and to buy products in the game. As the recent months go by, tanki has offered more chances for people who buy crystals (buyers) for example, Premium accounts. This has taken away things such as score multipliers from the users of tanki and just given it to people who give you money, surely this is just money making scheme, just to fill the pockets of you the tanki online team. This is bad for the majority of tanki as we don’t spend money on pixels, but then we have the buyers who spend lots of money who get everything and enjoy the easy life of tanki while we the true members who actually play the game and work hard, to get small amounts of crystals can't buy one single product as it is too expensive!!!! This is extremely disappointing as tanki is becoming a buyers game and therefore only people who spend money, will be at the top yet the people who actually play the game, won’t be able to do anything. If Tanki continues to like this, I’m definitely sure people will be leaving the tanki community and therefore you will lose more income than making profit. But who cares right? You guys are making money at the end of the day so why should you care about what the tanki community thinks, the people who are actually giving you the money in the first place.
Reason 2 - In Game currency
So, 500k crystals is already hard to get and this is why only xt products in the paint cost so much! Once you implemented this new game system, paints costs the same price and now has become even harder to get, this is just simply ridiculous and un reasonable. Many of my friends have complained to me and others about how ridiculous the prices are, this means only buyers can buy these products. As well as this how on this good earth can something which protects a tank, something which gives you a in game advantage cost less than something which just makes a tank look nice. Doesn't makes sense Tanki staff :( In addition to this in the garage, the costs of kits will go up and therefore people won’t be able to afford these kits again, this just doesn’t seem fair and I suggest you change this feature and make the tanki economy massively unbalanced. But who cares right? You guys are making money at the end of the day so why should you care about what the tanki community thinks, the people who are actually giving you the money in the first place.
Reason 3 – Tanki X
As a part of the community, my friends and I strongly believe you are trying to kill tanki online as you know that people won’t move to tanki x as many people have worked hard to get to higher ranks, get the equipment they have now and also build relationships with people which are unforgettable. The friendships that I have built here cannot be built again as not everyone I know will play tanki x. To be honest, tanki x has amazing graphics and is optimized well but it is quite boring as it does not have all the features of tanki online, also it is easier to access tanki online as it is on a web browser where as tanki x will require a start up of the programme itself. But before that people will have to download it but many people won’t be able to. But who cares right? You guys are making money at the end of the day so why should you care about what the tanki community thinks, the people who are actually giving you the money in the first place.
Finally I would just like to finish on something off topic, the relationship between the tanki staff and the tanki community has developed a widening gap between both parties. There have been many reasons for this one being that there is no visual person to view in the v-log, the v-log presenter. The presenter adds a visual aid which is like the manager of tanki is actually talking to us. When the new v-logs came in it was disappointing as there was just an image of game play which we see when we play the game anyways. The v-log presenter makes a huge difference! In addition, many of my fellow tankers believe that the tanki staff does not care and only wants the money. They believe that the tanki staff don’t even read what we write or ask you to change, and frankly I believe this to. Please try and build that bond back with the community and the helpers again as this will make tanki great again. But who cares right? You guys are making money at the end of the day so why should you care about what the tanki community thinks, the people who are actually giving you the money in the first place.
Here are a few resolutions which would help make tanki great again.
- You can still keep the update but lower the prices of paints! It simply doesn’t make sense that a visual affect costs more than an in game advantage.
- Or to restore the balance in the game currency, make funds higher so that crystals are easier to obtain. This would allow players to be able to get equipment at a normal rate
- Talk to the community, the tanki staff are hidden, and is disappointing to see that the community is slowly dying.
- Just remove the update, you tried it but it didn’t work. We all make mistakes but its okay we are all human and this issue can be resolved.
But who cares right? You guys are making money at the end of the day so why should you care about what the tanki community thinks, the people who are actually giving you the money in the first place.
Only you the tanki staff can make the difference. So why not make tanki great again?
