If you eased up on arguing semantics, perhaps you could fathom that any organization with a development team can "fix" any problem they CARE too. Unless, of course, you personally don't wish to see them fixed. -There have been several (ignored) solution paths submitted to Tanki over the years to address multing. -It would be nothing for Tanki to perform polls of variables and cull out the hackers who are changing their stats locally. To post details for theoretical fixes would waste all of our time.. I am a seasoned software developer. There is no need for your derogatory suggestion of babysitting. Instead, I counter that Tanki has indeed created a software gaming environment that contains unintended exploitable weaknesses which have not been addressed.. instead we get poorly tested "enhancements" like mouse control that impact shaft aiming and this camera speed change which was not so good for many railgunners.

Seymon, The real issue is Tanki Policy. Tanki makes policy and software changes / updates, forcing them on us, often without adequate testing and polling of the international community. Most maddening is the flat out refusal to fix real problems- like multing and "micro hacking" (the use of 3rd party software to make stronger tanks) Instead, Tanki delivers bubble gum "improvements" like shaft targeting laser, introducing new nasty turrets while withholding protective paints, and this camera view change. You want feed back? The average server load tells much as it is nearly half of what it was last year.. All last summer server load was cresting at 120k users. This month server load has not risen above 70k. -If Tanki's policies are intended to shave off the community that helped fund Tanki growth, it is working. -If Tanki's intentions are not to peel off the old guard.. then you all had better examine your game plan quickly, the apathy is settling in.
