Not a significant change to the game, but a key to rotate your turret to the 180 degree position (backwards) could potentially be useful. C, by default, rotates your turret to the 0 degree position. This key (B?) would do the opposite.

The Mammoth looks multitudes better than the Titan. In regards to speed, I could deal with 0.43 m/s less speed for a tank that I'm proud of.

The M1 Titan has more armor than the M1 Mammoth: 1895 vs 1817. The M2 Titan has more armor than the M2 Mammoth: 2986 vs 2830. The M3 Titan has the same amount of armor as the M3 Mammoth: 3376 vs 3376.
