After my initial confusion in trying to find a non-PRO battle in the battle list, I had to wait for almost four minutes to join a battle that, after another full minute of loading, consisted entirely of tankers with ranks between three and six levels higher than mine, and equipment to match. When will Matchmaking be updated to meet any of its three main objectives?
