I liked the game too much and it really hurts to see my game degrading to such an extent ... but then, just because I like(d) TO that much I will stay until all lights go off ... Sure, I don't play anymore, because there is no sane game-play anymore ... besides, I have dignity and its my integrity that does not allow me to get into the current dirty game along with the teens but I still have hopes - hopes that the nowadays failure, that has arrogated the name Tanki Online will sooner or later bankrupt, because of the professional and mental deficiencies of the so called developers ... and the original TO will be revived !

A good allegory of TO evolution ... I will suggest another: I used to go to a pub with a simple and warm interior, where I spent quality time with decent mates and even strangers. But ... all of a sudden these decent people stopped coming in and instead brain-washed juveniles overwhelmed the place. Why ? Because the bar quitted serving Jack and Johnny and ale and IPAs and began offering juices and milk-shakes and on top flashing colour lights and monkey music flooded the place ... By creating a certain atmosphere one attracts a certain public according to it ... now in TO we have a noobs-friendly, childish gameplay which favors no skills or tactics or strategy ... dull point-and-shoot rounds, with virtually all modes being the same and infested with teens (or even kids) attracted by the flashes and magical abilities of the gear and surely by the infamous in-game candy - the notorious gold ... The difference between the captivating battles in the original TO and the short demo-versions of today is like the difference between a bar and a kindergarten ... an end should be put to this misery ...

The developers intentionally and successfully killed the original RU forum ... What's the guarantee they will not do same with the EN ... though here the toxic posts are much less - overall, with a few exceptions, the EN players are far more brain-washed and willing to absorb any , that the ones in the RU community. Anyway, everything the developers say/claim/promise is worth nothing - they have failed so much due to their incompetence, greed, cynicism and hypocrisy, that their credit of trust is 0 (zero) ... the devs better stop "improving" the game&forum, because every change they've made appears to be better than than their next one ...

exactly what I said - 334 minutes or arnd 6 hours (3 hours with premium) of intensive gaming each and every day .. no one with a brain undamaged will spend more than an hour daily to a computer game ... especially this one ))) the realistic number of stars one can earn per week is like 100 to 200 max max .... in no case 1k ... this sounds ... ridiculous, to say the least ...

Dude ... to earn 1k stars in a week time you need to complete 334 battles, providing you receive 3 stars in each and every of these battles. Then, 334 battles will take 2338 minutes of your time ... per day it means 334 minutes or arnd 6 hours (3 hours with premium) of intensive gaming each and every day during the week ... this is as hardcore, as it can get !

It is not like when we started 10 years ago and when supplies were as precious as gold ... back then it was also an extremely bad manner to use supplies - that was a clear certification of being a Noob ... now ... everyone is a Noob ... Who cares now about the cost of supplies when they are actually pouring from everywhere - containers, challenges, mobile version, etc Supplies are now virtually free and their value is now degraded to 0 (zero) ... as is the overall gameplay btw ...

I don't get what you mean by old and new system .... what you talk is all about the useless GS anyway - in any of its versions GS was and is useless - it showed and shows really nothing that might be considered useful ! The actual old system, however, was far more transparent and informative - you press R or V and you immediately know the % of protection and the MUs.

Sorry, but you are completely wrong here. I already explained some possible solutions and surely there are more beyond my scope ... and the allusion with the iPhones is irrelevant and is a cheap attempt to divert the discussion off course ! again I confirm: will continue to raise this matter until a proper and FAIR solution is found ... because there always is a way !

This exactly I find extremely cynical - the newcomers enjoy a stylish game environment, whilst the veterans who have supported the project for so long with their time and//or money are left behind with the rotten flash from the age of dinosaurs ! This just cannot be the case ! Instead of throwing resources for a dubious new game, the developers should have concentrated on making the original Tanki more playable and enjoyable ! and as for your comment about the transfer that "this is no longer the case" you surely understand that a public commitment is exactly this - a public commitment and not just an opinion ... and once done it cannot undone ... Alternativa cannot just say "sorry for the lie, but we reconsidered" ! So, I will not just "rest assured" but will continue to raise this matter until a proper and FAIR solution is found ... because there always is a way !

I feel sorry for you being so confused and brainwashed ... I will spare my remarks on Alternativa about their current deeds, because not want to be cynical in public ... and I will quote the company statement may be for a 1000nd time: "It will either be a complete transfer of current progress, or as many goodies as possible for old players. You guys helped Tanki get to where it is today, so we will not let you down. Rest assured.

Of course that transfer is possible !!! If you have achieved 80% of the way to Legend 1 in Tanki Onlin - you will have 80% of the scores to the last TankiX rank. Same for the garage - if you have 50% of all the possible items in Flash - you should receive 50% of the items available in Unity. This is of course quite a simplified example, but anything can be converted to anything, no excuses on this ! Now, again regarding the dubious morality of the developers - we were promised a new engine for the old players ... instead we have a new game for the new comers - how come the newbies deserve more than the veterans ????? and will not get tired to say it again and again - Alternativa should pay to Tanki Online same attention as to TankiX, if not better ! Alternativa must also understand that their chicanery approach to the clients is quite disgraceful ! In ethical perspectives, there are three ways out of the current situation: 1. calculating some kind of a transfer from Tanki Online to Tanki X 2. implementing a decent engine and graphics for Tanki Online 3. sell the Tanki projects to a capable and devoted investor or shut them down completely - an ignominious business is no business at all !

Dear Sir, I really hope that you are not going to justify the behaviour of the developers, regarding the Tanli Online 2 prospects and then the promised new engine ! As said above, there are two alternatives for Alternativa to keep what has left of their dignity: - elaborate some decent game engine to replace the archaic Flash - somehow calculate the earned scores and crystals in Tanki Online relative to the these in Tanki X and merge the games The devoted Tanki players just don't deserve the attitude, which you try to implement to be completely ethical and logical. Abandoning the Tanki players in the decaying Flash or suggesting they should start all over is not simply immoral - it is DISGUSTING ... and no business arguments can justify such a Grand Deceit ! Alternativa better closes all projects or sell them, rather than going on with such hypocrisy and dishonesty ! with all my due respect !

I see your point ... but this is how it works for the X cloning and as for TO, one still has to download the flash client or use the standalone FP - playing effectively through browsers is quite a challenge even now so, TO has no alternative but switching to Unity3D or HTML5 or whatever it may be ... Flash is not a long-term option for sure WHEN shall we expect the TO2 modernized Tanki Online ?

Hello all, not so long ago I had started a topic about the transfer from Flash to Unity engine http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=268988 There the company clearly stated: "Guys, let me make one thing very clear — NOBODY intends to spit into players' faces. It will either be a complete transfer of current progress, or as many goodies as possible for old players. You guys helped Tanki get to where it is today, so we will not let you down. Rest assured. " To my utmost surprise nothing was done with TO, but instead I see that the devs have started a "new" game on Unity called TankiX ... fine, let it be a new game ... But then, yet and evenmore I have to ask when the original TankiOnline are going to be transferred to some modern game engine as well. You see, it is quite odd and unfair to have a new game with decent graphics for those who are just joining Tanki and leave the veterans who have supported the project for so many years suffer in the old-fashined, buggy Flash. Shortly, as long as apparently there are going to be two parallel siblings of Tanki - TankiX and TankiOnline, when shall we expect the latter to get rid of the flash and enjoy the long-awaited TankiUnity ?
