No one ever enjoyed this game or any game to the same degree, at the same time. No matter how big or little the changes might be, some people will always find something to complain or be unhappy about. Before this update came out, there were complaints about the previous ones. It will never end and the developers know that. They are staying pretty objective about what they change.

I have considered this and have seen the changes in the OP. Nevertheless, the results I get are still at the very least as good as they were prior to the changes if not better. It is still a powerful weapon with a ton of potential to be very deadly. It all depends on the user.

Well said. All too often at least half the team suddenly runs off from their task to look for the gold. Rarely am I in a game where there's some maturity and commitment to actually playing as a team and not be distracted by some "candy".

Sometimes what is sad (but also pleasantly suprising) is seeing staff sergeats that are better players and teammates than lieutenants or other higher ranks. Yesterday, was a great example of this. My team completely dominated and we had almos half of the team at ranks of Sergeant Major or below. Two of the Sergeants were isidas that tagged along with my Titan and would just heal me as I blasted away at the enemy tanks. We did so much damage to the other team and I seemed indescructible thanks to these two awesome players. The other team had Warrant Officers and some Lieutenants in it but they were all seemed childish and petty with their approach. I suppose it also speaks about some people's character and maturity.

The Titan is trully a magnificent hull. Has every advatange over the Mammoth except armor, but it's a very small advatange for the Mammoth. I think it's also possibly the best hull for the Thunder. Just the fact that its huge armor allows it to shrug off any possibly self-damage from Thunder. Post changes I'm still having a 6:1 or 7:1 kill to death ratio.

Please speak for yourself. I 2-shot M1 Hornets with M1 Thunder all the time still. I've MUed the Damage parameter a few times and it's good to go. I'm also making more multi-kills on groups of tanks then I did before. That's my experience post-changes.

I may be in the minority here but it seems like some of you are making mountains out of mole hills about the new changes. I'm a regular Thunder (M1) user and continuing to be one after the changes. In all honesty, I'm not seeing this dramatic dropoff in performance that is being described here by some. I'm still killing M1 Hornets in two shots, just as I was doing before the changes, and in one shot with DD. I'm now also making considerably more multi-kills due to increased splash damage radius. Perhaps some here need to be more flexible and adjust their tactics just a bit to go in hand with the changes. As far as my experience with Thunder, I'm still playing essentially the same way I was before. Make your shots count, stay on the the move and if not, make sure you have at least decent cover.

I have been absolutely loving Titan with Thunder. This combo is so devastating! I can often take out 6 or 7 tanks before being destroyed. And there's pretty much nothing that can touch you if you grab a double damage power-up. Then other tanks just start dropping like flies :D

I imagine there's going to be a lot of people disagreeing with my opinion but I really don't see much of a difference in the performance of Thunder since the update. In fact, I feel like I make even more kills since the update. I'm definitely getting considerably more multi kills (killing two or more tanks at once). I use either a Titan or Hunter hull with Thunder and I have been absolutely devastating in at least 90% of the games I play in. And many of these maps have been mainly against turrets like the Isida and Firebird, which have been given a boost. I think like with any gun, it is really more about the user then the actual gun, as any weapon can be extremely effective in the right hands.

Well, I bit the bullet and bought just the M1 railgun at full price. So far it seems to have been worth the money. A huge difference in performance. I'll wait till the sale to get an M1 Hunter though :)

Hi everyone, this is my very first post. I have just ranked up to WO3. My weapon of choice is the Railgun on a Hunter hull. I unfortunaty was not of high enough rank to be able to purchase an M1 Railgun during Tanki's birthday sale. However, now I'm of the right rank but there's no sale. Would it be worth it to simply buy the M1 Railgun at full price or should I wait until another sale, which means I may be playing with M0 equipment for a while?
