In M0, in my opinion, Dictator is useless unless you're a gold-box hunter. I tried it with Railgun, I just didn't get the feel I had when I used Ricochet or Isida or Railgun with Hornet or Freeze with Hunter or Viking. It's just too slow for Capture The Flag lovers. Most of the time I just get attacked from the back and by the time my hull turns to attack, my tank would be blown to bits. (Yes, I don't really turn the turret a lot. I just turn it with the help of my brother when he's around. Honestly it's tough to both drive and turn your turret and shoot) I've heard Dictator is good in generalslimo rank and when I get there, Dictator is probably the 1st hull I'll upgrade hope that it will live up to its reputation. Also in my opinion, Dictator goes will with Shaft because I only like Dictator when I'm sniping with Shaft because who's in a hurry :P Edit: This is just my opinion on things. Feel free to disagree and debate. Again, I'm no expert or perfect and honestly, no one in the world is perfect on stuff lol
