Haha, I am still decided which turret I should choose, m2 rail so I can play XP battles (not to mention I have to buy fracture first) or m2 ricochet. I said ricochet better suits me but I've had lots more experience with rail and it has alway been my dream to be an XP player. Too hard for me to choose! Too bad I cannot get both, I only have 80k crys at the moment and waiting for those crystal missions to come up so I have a head start in saving for possibly M3 hornet? Any suggestions? PM me!

Ok….Well I've been reading up on what people have to say and this turret is very argued upon, "no it's amazing…no it's horrible!! Nerf it!….The besssst gun EVER!!" and some are true some are not, IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW YOU USE IT! Ricochet is not for the easily irritated people. And about how it's hard to hit people-all you need to do is lead the shot-if you miss, then you take note of that and see if you need to aim a bit further or a bit more back and then next thing you know, it's all in your mind and you can hit any enemy, nitro or not. Ricochet is not a noob gun, not a really good gun, but a gun that is great if you put time and skill into it. From my perspective, I think I'm good and I've only been practicing for a little bit not because it was meant to be, but because I experimented and I use it and put time into it and realize how you're supposed to use it. I get that everyone has their own style. I'm all over the place, from mid-field to offense, or offense to defense, I don't change my tactics much when it comes to position because it's great for all kinds of play! A tactic that I've developed: Whenever I'm on low health and near a wall and an enemy sneaks up on me, I face the wall and try to get at least one shot off of my enemy. Even if there is no wall, turn as fast as you can and just shoot him/her as long as you get one shot on them to weaken them just the slightest, it helps. It's not as hard as it sounds or looks, as long as you've got some grit and patience!

The most popular weapon in Tanki (as it seems). I love Railgun but it takes a lot of skills to get used to it. I was originally going to buy m2 railgun because it was my main choice of weapon, however I have switched over to Ricochet because it would be more of a challenge and it suits me better than Rail. I still use Railgun but not as my main turret.

Whenever I use Twins I find it irritating that I cannot leave a fight without taking damage unless I use drugs (and yes, I know you can't just leave a fight without taking damage in return but it is obviously possible and is something that I practice all the time). However, when I encounter Twins I find it extremely hard to keep steady and get an accurate shot on the player. My opinion is that Twins is a very powerful weapon that can take you to the top, when PROPERLY used. I do not use twins myself but I have had experience with it but I prefer Ricochet as my weapon of choice.

I think Ricochet is an amazing turret. I only have m0 but I saw someone using it and I thought to myself "huh, I can get that in this upcoming sale!" So I got on my noob account which has m1 Ricochet and now I practice with it until I get m2 in this next sale. Still learning some tactics and even came up with some of my own strategies to effectively use Ricochet in a battle. It does take a lot of skill and time to master Rico, especially with a light hull.
